SPECIFICATION OF WORK

Instructions as to the character of the cleaning requirements

Use ecloths or equivalent cloth so can clean and polish display items without having to use lots of cleaning materials that can cause staining as harder to remove with drying and polishing cloth. 

 

RETAIL DISPLAY AREAS

Task description Service days
Thorough sweep any hard floors and then mop, with a very gently damp mop and the cleaning fluid. Daily
High level dusting and remove any cobwebs Weekly
With a very gently damp cloth, damp wipe all horizontal surfaces that dirt may land on, such as ledges, window sills and skirting boards Weekly
With a very gently damp cloth, damp dust doors, door furniture, appliances and light fittings to remove finger marks and spillages Weekly
With a very gently damp cloth, clean and damp wipe any finger marks or stains on surfaces on cupboards Weekly
With a very gently damp cloth, clean and damp wipe any finger marks or stains on items for sale, using second dry cloth to polish and ensure no moisture or stain left from damp cloth Weekly

TOILETS  

To save customer’s time in checking stock, administration for ordering and paying for stock etc,

Customer will be asking for us to fill consumables such as toilet papers, soap, hand towels etc. from stock we manage and supply to them

Replenish from stock all consumable items, paper towels, soap and toilet rolls Daily
